"Great.  I had this work done just over a year ago (should have submitted review sooner).
Estimate.  Charlie examined bathroom, had plenty of samples of options to review, and provided firm fixed quote.  There were some material issues that I'll note below.  At no time did the final cost change.
Timeline.  Installation began about a month or so after I accepted the quote and paid half down for material.  I think Charile was ready in about 2 weeks, but I had business travel.  Working together to find a common acceptable period for installation was easy.
Installation.  The first day Charlie showed up with a crew of 4 to take care of the electrical work (did have another ceiling fan installed) and demolition.  Following that, there were 2 full time workers on site.  They worked long hours, well over 8 hour days.  Normall, the job would have taken about a week.  I'll give more detail on the one issue below that drew the task out longer.  The guys were good about taking care not to impact the rest of the house (carpet, etc.).  After install, they did a good job cleaning up.
During the install, there were a few minor options ... how to frame the door, orientation of tile, the color of the tile, etc.  The crew provided options and good advice (I'm no kind of interior decorator).  The part of the service was excellent.
Quality.  I have done basic carpentry and electrical work.  I believe the quality of the work to be good to excellent, both what you see and what was done "behind the dry wall."  The work that you can see is excellent.
Material.  I was a little worried about the material used for the walls as opposed to tile.  I'm pleased to say I'm more than happy with the "acrylic" (I think that's correct) walls as well as base and door.
Only issue.  The base received was not the correct one.  The second base received had a quality issue.  They guys pointed this out to me.  I'm sure it cost them money out of their pocket / profit to spend the extra time on site.  My take away from this was the guys were MY quality advocates and did what was necessary to ensure the highest quality product was used and the job was done right the first time!  Things happen.  The question is how well does your contractor support you.  While I wasn't crazy about the delay (about 3 days, not major for me).  I was thrilled the issue was immediately brought to my attention and resolved even though it took extra effort on their part.
Overall job outcome.  I feel what was quoted was provided.  Very satisfied.
1 year review ... I remain satisfied.  I have had zero issues.  Other than the glass doors (which are famous for requiring cleaning when used for bath doors - this was noted before installation).  Is the biggest maintenance job.  Caring for the bath itself has required average to minimal effort.

That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. Started off great, met with Fred Sr. 5 months before and talked about what I wanted done, gave him my vision of how I wanted it to look and gave him time to digest all that I wanted, and the budget I had to work with. Met with Fred Sr. again in Jan, firmed up what I wanted, we talked it great length about what I wanted done, and then did a walk thru of the home. Fred Sr. told me to ask for everything I could think of that I wanted done, and we developed a must have, want to have, if there is money left over would like to have list. Contract was signed, for work to start 1 Mar with a 8 week timeline, yep there is a lot to do. I was able to have the house open a week early and Fred Sr. jumped at the chance to start. Day one put a big smile on my face, kitchen and baths gutted, all flooring removed. Met Fred Jr and the rest of the crew. Fred Jr just as nice as Fred Sr, and the young boys very respectful and nice. Fred Sr has raised a great family. Each day I get an update and get the opportunity to add input. Love it. Will keep Angie's list updated with the progress.

Update: week 2

main bathroom has been framed and dry walled, new master bathroom created, framed and dry walled.  Fred Sr and Fred Jr have been great.  Some dead space was discovered on the new bathroom and Fred Jr made a linen/towel nook. The house is small and they are using every inch of space possible.  They are masters of redesign, I was able to gain a master bathroom without losing living space in the master bedroom.  There work is very efficient, I and never have seen the young boys without a project to do, no one sits around, and most of all they understand budget, only upgrades are ones I ask for, and they help to keep me on budget unlike other contractors that want to help you spend more.  Again Very Happy

Update: week 4

most all of the painting has been done, just some small areas left. Fred's people are great, the trim work fantastic, the lines perfectly straight. I am very critical of paint work, and able to spot small defect, but this was not the case, I looked everywhere and could not see even a 2mm difference in his lines.  The hold up this week is the cabinets I am having built, this is not Fred's fault but mine as I wanted custom cabinets.  Very excited to get the cabinets and countertops in.  Very very happy

late in the update:  work is mostly complete just some small things I want added.Cabinets and countertops installed, they are beautiful.  small problem with one of the cabinet doors, Fred went back to the maker of the cabinets and made him make me a new one.   Moved in, love my home.

Already hired Fred to do some outside work on the house too.

My Wife and I had considered a full kitchen remodel at the time of having the ceilings repaired but every contractor we spoke to wanted to do the kitchen and not the ceilings... except for Jorge... his first point of buisness was to make sure that our ceilings were beautiful, and repaired... he even made suggestions that made sense saved money and ended up being beautiful. We had 6 rooms replaced with flat Sheetrock celiengs, and installed recessed lighting, and other accent lights... while we were living in our home... Nashaly and Omar were respectful and courtesous to our need to get in and out of our house with an infant child, they cleaned every night when they finished, asked about and listened to any issues we had and handled them promptly... this was the best experience that we have ever had contracting someone for home repairs..."
