We had a total roof replacement including repairs to our old roof (uneven and weak decking, leaking around the chimney and in a valley and problems with ice dams and water stains as a result of those dams). Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress.
