In 2025, I used this family?s remodeling business in South Bend, IN, Veterans Handyman. Marc had to demolition his own work multiple times then walked off the job. Left me hanging with four destroyed rooms including kitchen and destroyed furnace. I lost a lot of money and time working with these people. Please, don?t waste your time with any of Marc and or Ivana Shudnow?s businesses; REMODELING, REAL ESTATE, INSPECTIONS, duct cleaning, junk hauling, fencing, decking, flooring, home repairs, child care ?"

"We hired this guy to do our floors and the quality was the same as if I hired my own child to do the the floors. I would not recommend him to anyone. After he left when the job was complete we called to have him come back and fix some of the planks he installed and ghosted us. So now we are left with a floor that looks horrible."
