They set a time and date and the tech called and arrived on time. He quoted the cost of the repair and I accepted based on other higher priced quotes for the job. He was able to come back same day and complete the repair. I received a text msg when he was in route. Dean, was my tech and he was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. I received an email confirmation of my payment along with an invoice showing what was repaired and itemized costs. I highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. I was very impressed."

"We recieved an email from angies list about a promotional big deal that had Brent and his company advertised. The deal was 6 man hours for 199.00. We had used Brent in the past on our old house to get it ready to sell. I called Brent and asked him if he could get over to see us to do some minor repairs for the coupon price. He let us know he was extremely busy and would have to see how his scheduled looked and would give us a call back. I knew first hand these guys quality of work and I thought  It would take forever to get them out here, especially at the price that was advertised. Anyway Brent called me on wed. and told us he had a client reschedule and could be there Thursday to take care of us. Take care of us he did. He completed everything we had asked of him and when the time had gone about and hour over the coupon deal he told us not to worry about the extra hour.He said we were repeat customers and that he was there to earn our business not our money. It felt really good to know that not everyone is out there to take you to the bank especially when it comes to contractors. "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."
