I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. "We recieved an email from angies list about a promotional big deal that had Brent and his company advertised. The deal was 6 man hours for 199.00. We had used Brent in the past on our old house to get it ready to sell. I called Brent and asked him if he could get over to see us to do some minor repairs for the coupon price. He let us know he was extremely busy and would have to see how his scheduled looked and would give us a call back. I knew first hand these guys quality of work and I thought  It would take forever to get them out here, especially at the price that was advertised. Anyway Brent called me on wed. and told us he had a client reschedule and could be there Thursday to take care of us. Take care of us he did. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
