"This is the second time we have used Designs by Roberta. This time we needed a complete kitchen remodel. Nothing had been updated for many years. Roberta’s design was perfect. She has professional contacts , all of whom are honest. The craftsmanship for the kitchen cabinets is outstanding. The painting is perfect. The flooring is beautiful. The countertop is wonderful. "They gutted out our old kitchen and they had kitchen cabinets for sale that we purchased through them. They directed us to a granite company that they worked with so we went there and got the granite that we wanted for our counter top. They had choices for my famous dill sink. They put in a new counter top, sink and faucet. They also did some tiling on the back wall. They also had a guy whom they contracted out to do flooring. They had a guy who did the electrical work and then the guy that run the gas lines for our gas cook up. I like the fact that they had all these contractors lined up that we didn't have to go out and get our own. What stands out about them is that they had this nice little marketing lady who came out and measured the dimensions of our house. She needed to have the size of our microwave or whether we were going to get a built in electric oven and she needed all those kinds of things. We upgraded a few things like the pull out trash receptacle that she had quoted us. There were a couple of thing that we were unhappy with and they were upgrades after the fact and we paid additional cost because what meant more to us was a finished product that we were happy with than just argue about it. Even though they are not the cheapest, you get what you pay for."

The process was so easy and they continued to stay in communication with me while they were making the vanity! All I did was send in an inspiration picture and some colors I liked and they honestly blew my expectations out of the water. You can tell they truly put in time and effort into this piece. "I contacted Closet + Room Solutions via their Web site.    Beth, the designer, contacted me by e-mail within a day or so, and we scheduled an in-home consultation within a week.  Beth arrived on time, measured my closets, talked to me about what I wanted, and sat down right there with her laptop to produce designs for the space.  She showed me the designs, and we discussed and altered them  in accordance with my preferences.  <br /> <br /> After the in-home consultation, Beth e-mailed me the designs and a contract.  We met on a Friday afternoon, and she sent me the materials on the following Monday.  I had a second estimate with another company set for Tuesday, so I delayed a decision.  Beth contacted me once to see if I had any questions. I did, and she answered them immediately. <br /> <br /> I decided, based on both design and price, to hire Closet + Room Solutions.  They scheduled the installation within a week of the time I made the decision. <br /> <br /> The gentleman who did the installation arrived on time and performed the services exactly as I hoped he would.  He removed the existing closet fixtures and installed the new ones, including a closet door for one of the closets.  He also took away all the building materials he had removed from the closets, and said that Closet and Room Solutions could have the materials recycled. <br /> <br /> The work was performed well, in a timely fashion, and exactly in accordance with the contract.  <br /> <br /> I paid half of the cost up front (when I signed the contract), and half upon installation of the closets. <br /> <br /> This was a very satisfactory experience. I recommend Closet + Room Solutions, and I would use them again if I decide to have more work done."

"Cabinet installation scheduled the week of 11-13-17. Finished the following week. Contacted owner over workmanship issues. Told they would get to it week of Christmas, then told shortly after Christmas. To date, have heard nothing from Kitchens by Katie. Workmanship & lack of any follow up is very disappointing!"
