Both very personable and willing to answer all my questions. The owner, Mark Kowertz, was very professional and gave me options/suggestions regarding condition of my deck and what could be saved and what needed to be replaced. Very reasonable in pricing. "Paul and his crew did an awesome job. I had the whole house redone with new pipes and it didn't cost me and arm and a leg. He was knowledgeable and let me used some of my own product to cut back on cost. They came in the morning and finished the job some day. "Steve Burleyson did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. Working alone, he removed our existing shower enclosure and replaced it. He also installed new shower doors. He pulled out the bathroom sink and toilet and laid new tile flooring. He was efficient, courteous, neat and professional. We also had glass block windows installed in the master and hall bathrooms by this company. The work was done quickly and neatly and we are extremely happy with the results."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
