"He just showed up without giving a phone call.  Prior to that, we need some bulbs replaced in the lighting apparatus and we asked him if he would teach us how to do it and he didn’t do it, instead he charged about $50 for a bulb replacement.  We feel he is on the higher side.  We thought he was expensive when it came to replacing bulbs.  His communication is a little haphazard, he would show up without calling, and then last year all of a sudden the box was changed so we must have gone when he did that.  He wasn’t always the best as far as communication went.  He didn’t do bad work, the two issues were the communication and we felt his prices were way on the high side.  We would probably use him again simply because he has done the work before."

"Arrived as promised to take measurements and to install window.  Worked quickly to install window.  Window is of superior quality. He did not do a good job of cleaning up after himself.

"They were difficult to get in touch with, as it seemed many people bought the deal.  They finally contacted me via email and then I called once or twice to find out when they could come.  They did come on the date they said they would.  The guys put the bricks back together.  It was done okay, a little lopsided, but I know the deal was only for I believe 4 hours of work, so they did not have a lot of time.  It is fixed, not falling down and hopefully will last.

As he noticed other small things, he asked if I would like them to do them (like powerwashing my porch.) It's not always easy finding people who will work on a tall house. My house definitely looks much better than before, and I will use Curt for other projects."
