I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. "Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. "Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

Work began within two weeks & was completed in five days (both houses), Mr Rytov & his men were excellent - prompt, courteous, professional, tidy & very hard-working, They took great care with details - they cleaned & extended the ridge-vent, replaced rotted wood & replaced all flashing. They replaced the eave metal without any bends or dents. They protected our gardens & hedges - no damage. They also trimmed (at my request) a low-hanging limb that would have damaged the new roof. When a rainstorm popped up, they protected the unfinished roofs. They swept our yards with rakes & magnetic brooms to collect loose nails & debris. Based on this experience, we would recommend them without reservation - we plan to have them re-roof two duplexes that we own. Highest ratings! Five gold stars!"

"I had four estimates and decided to use Lawn and Order. When I called them and said I wanted them to take down the tree, Mario immediately arranged a specific day that they would be at my home. Promptly on the arranged day his team arrived. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. The limbs were carefully taken down to protect the gardens and the fence. Next they felled the tree with amazing precision!
All the wood was sawed up and taken by wheelbarrow out through the gate in my fence as they could not bring large equipment into the back yard.
We then decided that several large oak trees had branches almost touching my roof. They were meticulous about carefully pruning back only what was needed to get the job done right. When the entire job was done, they swept the driveway and closed my garden gate and you would not know they had ever been there. Quiet, proficient, and treated my yard as if it was theirs. Left it raked and cleared of the tiniest bit of debris.
I heartily recommend this company. My neighbors even came over and said how professional the men were at my house."
