"Bob from the Greensboro office was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgable about the appliance.  He diagnosed the problem as a microprocesser sticking on the control board.  He was able to get the microprocessor to unstick.  He presented the option of replacing the board now and provided the total cost (parts and labor) or we could wait and see if it failed again.  We choose wait and see.         <br /> We have used Bob Belloise from Convenient Appliance Service - Greensboro office multiple times and have never been disappointed!   We have found our appliance guy! <br />"

"Serviceman called and was in area and requested permission to come sooner than agreed time; no problem. He was prompt, courteous, and competent!!  Ran machine thru diagnostics, verified not disposal, etc before finally having to pull machine out.  Problem was disconnected (loose wire).  When he put machine back into place, he 'was concerned it should be placed better than installer did (now that's attention to the littlest detail!) While product was still under warranty, there is no charge but I am sure they are very reasonable.  They repair all appliances, (kitchen, heater, A/C, etc) and will show up just about day or night.  Now that I have their card, they will be my Go-To repair company. Couldn't be more pleased with phone service and repair service this particular Appliance Doctor offers. I've had my fill of chasing down the repair man, playing telephone tag, etc, and that is NOT how THIS company handles their customers. Recommend highly."
