We were patient with their schedule and was worth the wait. The good contractors are always booked up and will take longer to get started. Weather played a factor in the delay, but nobody can control that. The father/son crew that did the work were professional and paid attention to detail. The quality of the work along with the awesome pricing sets this contractor apart from all the competition. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"They called back & came out the very next day to give me a quote. Once I decided on the shingles I wanted & the date for completion, they had the shingles delivered the day before the job. They arrived on the day scheduled & worked until the roof was fully replaced on that same day. They only stopped for a lunch break throughout the course of the day. They cleaned up all debris (including leaves), so there was no evidence that they had even been here except for a gorgeous roof. I would definitely hire them again. They have a fabulous team & take pride in a quality work product."
