I used this company last year as well, and they were awesome both times, and their prices were very reasonable for the jobs that were done. I had them come out last week to replace 2 sprinkler heads and then noticed the next day a different sprinkler head was broken. I called the office and explained the problem, and they said they would send someone back out and not charge labor, since he was just there the day before. "The deal was for thatching of our yard.  They used a dethatching machine
and a rake and were only at our house for less than two hours.  We live
on a half acre of land, mostly grass area.  They ran the dethatcher
through so fast that they hardly caught any of the dead grass and moss
that was stuck down in the new grass.  You could hardly tell they dethatched anything.  They didn't check in with us before they left so we didn't even have an opportunity to chat with them about the quality.  They didn't check in when they arrived either.  There was no communication during the visit to even know if the services were satisfactory or to tell us that they wouldn't be able to get a thorough thatching.  I definitely would never use this company again.
