"The salesman came to our house to measure windows and give us an estimate for Anderson Eagle replacement windows.  He had a model window with him and we were impressed with the crafstmanship compared to other products we had seen.  We took advantage of the free upgrade from double to triple-pane glass and placed our order back in November.  The windows took 2 months to come in which was slightly longer than expected, but that's more of a manufacturing issue.  A representative called us on the 5th of Jan to let us know the windows had shipped and they set up installation for Jan 10th.  My only complaint is that the representative did not indicate the installation would take longer than 1 day.  I suppose common sense would say it should, but since there was no mention of needing 3 days I wasn't really expecting it to take that long.  Fortunately I stay at home with my kids during the week so it wasn't an issue.  So far we are very happy with the product / installation.  Today is 18 degrees and blustery but there is no draft by the windows.  The glass is cold but I'm pretty sure that's an inherant quality of glass (duh, if you read the previous review)."
