Was told he would contact me in a Day or two to rechedule. I reitterated how dire the itutoon was but never heard from them again. Just left us wondering and wasted 5 weeks inthe process. Our home is in jeopardy of complete failure. Doors windows, plumbing and electrical are sustining more damage by the day. Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."

"Lied to AHS warranty that was need new faucets that was true. It need washers and stems replaced to stop slow leak. Shower need a switch cartridge to go from hot to cold water. When confronted them they lied on diagnostics to AHS, they said they did not send that to them. A bill over 900 to replace faucets. Bunch of scammers. Do not use."
