"Within 25 minutes of my phone call with Robert he was at my barn assessing the issue with a roll up door. He worked on it for 15 minutes and got it moving. He makes the effort to work with what you have and not push for a new sale. End result was a new roll up door that was installed within 24 hours of his visit. His team also installed a motor on a 12 x 12 overhead door as well. Lastly, the team cleans up their work area and we and the livestock are grateful for that.
