They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.

"The original valves were quarter-turn ball valves. The plumber did not have these on his truck even though these are commonly used these days. So he installed the old-style multi-turn globe valves. the quarter-turn valves had spacers to center them in the utility box openings but the replacement valves did not. The lines the valves are connected to are not copper or steel but today's PEC plastic which is very flexible so the valves will wiggle like crazy whenever you close and open them. But since they are the shut-off valves for the washer water supply, this won't happen very often. And while the business itself is located only a few miles away from my house, they cover a large area and the plumber ran into traffic and was very late. The only relief was he did give me a discount."
