"Only one referral for an easy plumbing fix? Pretty lame for a website. Price was too high for a simple repair. Could have done better without using Angi."

"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"We were very pleased with the work they did replacing our water heater. We also took advantage of the free inspection and will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

". Everyone who came to our home was friendly, efficient, and skilled.  The contractor we worked with called us before any subcontractor came to do work and checked on the work after it was completed.  He answered all of our questions and made sure that all of our concerns were answered.  After the work was completed, a leak developed from a cracked exhaust stack in the roof.  Once again Aaron's came through and repaired the leak in less than an hour.   We've asked Aaron's to return and repair the damage done from the leak and will definitely call Aaron's when our roof needs replacement.  The only remaining issue is a broken ballast in one of the new windows.Getting the window repaired has taken a little longer than we thought it would and that is the only aspect of the job that has been disappointing.  Every other contact has been fantastic and we've enjoyed working with all of Aaron's employees and representatives."
