If you want a beautiful roof, or if you're thinking of selling and you want to add curb appeal....this is a whole lot of bang for the buck. I was glad to learn that they offer an annual treatment program so that the moss growth will not happen again. With a $12K+ roof over my head, I want it to last and look great...figure these guys will be back every year for the treatments for as long as I own this home."
