Timely, worked hard to install drains on one wall in my basement where water came in during heavy rains. I was quoted $2,200.00. Hank and his crew did an extra 2 feet of drains. When they were finished I asked Hank what amount should I make the check out for and he said, “as I quoted $2,200.00”, I was grateful and very appreciative as I am in a fixed income. "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"
