"Do not sign with Artistic Pools in Fenton. We signed our pool contract in the fall of 2024, the hole was dug and the metal framing was done in December 2024!! Yes!! 2024!! Our simple basic pool was never completed in 2025!! Now it's 2026 and our pool is still not done!! The aggregate concrete has swirls, blotches and pitting in the concrete. The wrong liner was ordered and Dave promised to change it out in the fall. In October they put the new liner, yet didn't smooth it out, dropped in some salt bags and left. In November after multiple calls they finally showed up to attempt to winterize the pool using a coffee pot and hot plate in which they were pouring hot water over the return so they could cut it and winterized the pool. He left stating "it was too cold to finish" The winter mesh cover was put on, collapsed in under a month of install. Pulling away from the cement anchors and falling into the pool. I reached out to Dave multiple times and ne never replied. "
