"Our home well pump stopped working - at a very hot time of summer. We use a lot of waster within the house and have a large lawn irrigation system. I called Dyer Well Drilling prior to 8 a.m. and they sent two technicians out, Kyle and Mason, who came to the house within hours to ascertain the problem, which was that our system was nearly 30 years old and simply needed to be replaced. They were very helpful. Subsequently, a technician by the name of Harley replaced the well pump, motor controls, and interior pressure tank and control box. He was super competent, courteous, and dedicated, staying well into the evening to get the project done. The system is high-tech and very quiet, and our water pressure has increased significantly. I was remarkably impressed with the responsiveness of the team at Dyer Well Drilling. Had they simply waited one additional day, we would have had to get a hotel room and we would have lost a lot of flowers/plants due to our irrigation system being down. Super impressed all around."

"I texted Ryan in the morning and he got back to me in minutes. He said he could have someone there that afternoon. Jerry and Larry texted me that they were on route and showed up on time. After I showed them where the leak was. The plumbing was above all the duct work from my furnace. Although it was in a difficult spot, Jerry said it wouldn’t be any problem. He knew what needed to be done to repair the leak. All I needed was a new Fernco fitting. The one I had was ancient and needed to be replaced. He also installed a J hook to support the copper pipe. Once the job was done, he called me downstairs to explain what he had done. The job didn’t take long at all and the guys were very pleasant. I really appreciate the work they did. "Integrity Plumbing and Mechanical completed the job on schedule and in a professional manner. The building had already been prepped for the Sunday service, so on Saturday I returned to inspect the work and clean if needed. I actually had to look to see if a new toilet was installed because they left no "construction trail" anywhere. The building was as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future."

They made recommendation for improved functions of the well pump and overall service to the house.  Water pressure was improved  and tank noise was decreased along with decreasing the frequency of activating the pump by recommending a larger capacity expansion tank.  They know their business and do not use inferior materials or products. <br />"
