(had reviews describing a word for word sales lines). So called United Home comfort, they fit me in, technician came and got our furnance working and offered a new furnance package I couldn't refuse. They came early and installed a new furnance in 5-6 hrs, no major issues. Technicians were knowledgeable and answered all my questions about future upgrades. Very happy"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"We had three valves replaced and three faucets and drains installed. When making the appointment the owner was very informative and some work was done that day with the rest needing to wait based on sink installation. The plumber was very efficient and there have been no problems since the work was done. I rated the price lower because it seemed very high for the amount of time spent. The price was actually on the low end of the estimate so I appreciate that, but $1,000 for less than four hours of work seems like a lot. It may be very reasonable compared to other plumbers, but I do not know."

He looked at the old toilet (I had tried to make repairs) and suggested that a new one would be a better idea than fixing this 28-year-old one. He was right. "Inspection was very thorough and the detailed printed report was great to have immediately after the inspection. It was nice taking the detailed report to the sellers during negotiations. Their recommendations to replace the water heater is what finally made the sellers budge on that issue. He even emailed me a letter to show to the sellers that the water heater was bad and needed replaced after they were being a little stubborn with the issue. <br />"
