"We have a 50 year old single family residence that was built in the 70s. The foundation needed repairs to restore it to its original strength, and retrofits to meet current earthquake regulations. I researched all the options to repair and retrofit the home. Sure Safe's was the best available. They installed 50+ brand new concrete footers and steel piers to secure the home. No other contractor offered a solution that was adequate structurally. Art was great to work with and answered ALL my questions. Elaine coordinated the entire process and the team of Sergio, Casey and Brock worked tirelessly to install everything in a single day. Wow! I'm very pleased with the work and the solution that SureSafe installed to keep our home safe and secure. Thanks!"

"I had Built Strong level my home and quite impressed. Their crews are extremely knowledgeable and experts at what they do. They took photos throughout the project, even custom fit/ repaired my foundation in specific difficult areas and my home now leveled like new. Impressed with Built Strong."

"They wouldn't do it without an additional charge. The deal was misleading. <br /> I got a refund through Angie's List."

"They are polite, professional and prompt. They communicated all the way through, handled the permits properly, and did a fantastic job. They even went above and beyond by cleaning up broken glass under the house (purchased the house and not sure how it go there) and fixed a few other odds and ends they noticed around the house. I was so happy with the job they did. <br />"

"Since Insurance would be involved, he let me know this was not a job his company would be able to work on. Adam was very straightforward and courteous. I understood his explanation and appreciated his time. He let me know of a couple extra things to check on, once the insurance claim was started. <br /> I would contact Adam again in the future for work that was not going to be covered under an insurance claim. <br />"

"Will and his team at CXC did a great job replacing a failing stem wall perimeter foundation on my 1920s mid-city home. I bid the project out to six different contractors. His bid came in close to most and it became quickly apparent that his crew would delivery the highest quality and integrity to the job. His ability to accommodate my scheduling needs, the crew's many years of experience and overall professionalism, and the quick communication from the office administration all resulted in a great experience. A big shout out to WILL (Owner), CELSO (Foreman), and ROSANNA (Administration). Word of advice, get multiple bids and always verify general commercial liability insurance and that it covers the type of work that is going to be done. CXC's was easily verified...others were not and in some instance foundation repair was not even underwritten into their policies. CXC is BBB accredited, many others are not. I would not hesitate to work with Will and CXC again on my future projects."

"On his bid, he copiously wrote it out, which is not standard for the practice. He was meticulous in writing everything out. He really helped me! He spent a long time explaining the burrito-ing of the French drain. By the end of the project, I was an expert at waterproofing, French drains, and retaining walls. He really taught me a lot and helped me through the project. He followed up with a really nice phone call. He was wonderful!"
