"I called West Shore Homes to repair my 10 year old showers that had been previously installed by a company that was replaced by West Shore. Not only did West Shore Homes honor the previous company's lifetime warranty but sent Tommy, one of their installers, who did an excellent job of repairing the caulk and installing a new shower system. Tommy was professional and very skilled and had both showers repaired in record time. My bathrooms are beautiful again thanks to Tommy and Westshore Homes."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

He not only was fixing washing machine, but doing plumbing work identifying leaks throughout the house, fixing them and replacing old sink fixtures and he’s just an all-around nice guy! "Ryan Ross was our contact and he was very responsive and honest. When the crew was installing the roof, Ryan was on-site a lot of the time, making sure the roofers were doing what was needed. The job site was cleaned up very well, a nice surprise to me. The roof looks great and the gutters match my paint job well. We have a lot of landscaping and really only had one shrub damaged during the project. I also appreciated that DWC did not push us to have the roof installed until the temperatures warmed up. A lot of the homes in our neighborhood had new roofs put on during the winter, when temperatures were below the recommended temperature. I did not feel that DWC was cutting any corners.
