If I reached out to our project manager, Bob, he would respond by email or coming by the site within 1 day. He would take time to explain to me the process and what to expect next. The people that did the actual work were very professional and very friendly. If I would go downstairs to check on progress they would always stop and talk to me, answering any questions I may have. The work that was completed was done well. They finished the project within the time frame and left me with a beautifully finished basement.
