Cowboy Appliance arrived and this very cordial guy in a big cowboy hat stepped into my small laundry room to try and find the gas leak. He discovered a faulty regulator, went and got a factory replacement, installed, vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint and everything is working perfectly. He was very personable and I like supporting a young company. He’s very conscientious about his work and I would use his services again for repairs needed. "
