I called Sno-King Appliance and got on their calendar within the same week. Their technician showed up on time for the appointment, and was able to take apart the dryer, diagnose, and show me where the issue was very quickly. He gave me a quote for the repair but advised against it (due to the old age of my dryer), and gave me recommendations on new dryers to check out. He also fixed my dishwasher so the door would close more snugly to prevent water leak. I'm very satisfied with the service and would happily use them again should I need assistance with any of my appliances in the future. <br />"

Treat's was the company that installed my furnace several years ago and is the only one I choose to call for my yearly maintenance due to their wonderful customer service, professional technicians and fair pricing. As always, the technician (Billy) arrived on time, followed all safety protocols (wore a mask) and put on shoe coverings to protect my carpets from becoming soiled. He did a thorough inspection and performed appropriate maintenance (and even replaced my filter and took the old one with him). I highly recommend Treat's."

"Eric and his assistant were totally professional, skilled and knowledgeable.  They picked up the new range at the dealer's location and kept me informed about their schedule, traffic delays,etc. for the delivery and install.  They clearly explained the pricing in advance of doing the work, and it seemed very reasonable for the scope of work.  They knew exactly how to modify my cabinet molding and floor to accomodate the new range, as well as to hook it up to the gas line.  They were took care to protect our floors and surfaces, and cleaned up after.  I would definitely recommend them for any appliance install work. <br />"

"Dryer was squeaking and scraping when running.  Called ApplianceASAP on Saturday and was able to get an appointment for the following Tuesday.  Their technician (Dave) arrived during the schedule window on Tuesday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and ordered a dryer kit that included the needed parts.  We were only charged for the site visit at that time.  Dispatched called the next day (Wednesday) and said the parts had arrived, and could schedule a technician for the following morning (Thursday).  Again, their technician (Dean) arrived on-time on Thursday morning, replaced the needed parts, and even cleaned the lint around the internal components in our dryer.  He was done in less time than expected, so the repair bill came in about $100 less than originally projected, which was a nice bonus.  We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to others. <br />"
