"The electrician that came out was named Tyler and he was extremely knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He explained everything step by step so I would understand how to add light fixtures and run lines to those light fixtures, Tyler went over various options of install and made sure I was comfortable with everything, very helpful and went the extra mile to satisfy our needs. We appreciate Home Squad and their electrical division, for all their help and strong line of communication. I would recommend these guy’s to anyone, these guys going above and beyond what is asked, they even made sure my area was cleaner than it was before they started work! First impressions, and thats all it took to get my complete service in the future when I want to upgrade my generator and solar panels."

"Tim and his son were fantastic. I called him on a Thursday night and he was out first thing Friday morning to replace an old hot water heater that had leaked. Over the weekend I discovered that the new hot water heater was not heating, so I called him on Monday morning to ask him to take a look. He had booked a full day but showed up Monday evening - at the end of a long day of work - to troubleshoot. It turned out that the problem wasn't his fault, rather a peculiarity of my rather old house. Nonetheless he and his son insisted on fixing the problem so the hot water heater worked, all for no charge. I can't recommend this company highly enough. This kind of service is hard to find these days."

"I had a relatively small job. They decided to bid over the phone with pictures. When they finally came to do the job they ended up charging me double because it was not bid correctly... Of course I was told this halfway through the job so I ended up having to pay double what I intended on paying to get it done. The guys that actually did the labor did a good job, but being told that they either need to stop halfway through or get paid double rubbed me the wrong way."

"Alex was a hardworking, knowledgeable worker who was a pleasure to deal with. He handled everything on my list, dealing with issues as they came up, or offering suggestions/guidance. He completed everything within the estimated time and seemed to perform high quality work. 
The B's on quality and professionalism are only because of some messiness during and after the work. But when paying by the hour, I'd rather handle the cleanup on my own time anyway.

"We chose Diamond Kitchen and Bath because of Angie’s list ratings, and we couldn’t be happier. We had our kitchen gutted in January, with all new appliances  in new locations and new cabinets. The project went as smoothly as a kitchen remodel can go (and we have done 4 major remodels in different houses). Brian is a problem solver, not a problem finder. He comes up with possible solutions and incorporates them. The ducting for our vent hood, for instance, didn’t fit between the joists of the kitchen, but Brian had the idea of building a soffit in the adjoining dining room to make it work. We had a snow storm during our project, where schools were closed for a week. It slowed us down a bit, but Brian still came every day and drove his contractors around. We look forward to working with Brian again, and are already making plans for our master bathroom."
