Some of the stains reappeared after the carpet dried (which is a common occurrence depending on the spot). Travis came out and took care of those areas promptly. Now even the areas with stubborn stains look like new. We will not hesitate to rehire them in the future!"

All work in the proposal was completed to Steve's high level of craftsmanship by Steve and with some daily support from his son Nick. He also pointed out a number of smaller items that were not originally included and they were completed at no additional cost. He and Nick are fair, personable, and highly skilled. He is also happy to provide full explanations to any customer questions. If you have pride of ownership trust in his pride of workmanship and artisanship and hire him.
