They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"While working under rather inclement conditions the team preformed admirably. The business owner/ project manager made frequent visits to maintain continuity between myself and the crew which eliminated the need for me to interrupt the crew for completion updates. As for job site cleanliness lets just say remarkable. Every evening before leaving the job sight the crew would pickup any lose materials and go through the planters and lawn with magnets looking for nails or staples, most apricated by my lawn mower. The only negative thing is they have done such a nice job on the roof now the other repairs that are need to my home are much more apparent."

"They did a great job, professional and punctual from start to finish.  James, the estimator, knew what he was doing and suggested a more cost effective approach than another contractor who had also wanted to put in new gutters and different skylights.
The crew was very efficient, meticulous, and friendly, and did the job in the estimated time (two days), cleaning up the worksite thoroughly at the end of each day.   The final cost was as initially quoted ( written quotation), and they repaired an area with some dry rot without adding an extra fee.  I would recommend this company without hesitation!

"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

"The whole process was pretty smooth.  John discussed with me what was desired and offered suggestions on alternatives for design and material to use.  I wanted to reuse some of the existing material which he was happy to do.  After we agreed to go ahead with the job, John was on schedule for starting the job.  He was accurate with his labor estimate.  He returned material to the supply houses that was not needed.  He and his workman were respectful for our property and left the job site clean.
