Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. They quoted the job using readily available hardware, supplies, etc. and then allowed us to make changes based on our preferences. The quote was then adjusted (up or down) based on the price difference. All of the subs they used, did nice work as well, but did cause some minor delays due to availability (I don't think this is unique to BCM Roberts and just the state of the industry right now). Overall we ended up with a beautiful bath remodel within the time estimated. We would use them again for future remodel needs."
