"We had storm damage to a deck roof. They came out and gave us an estimate for the replacement. It was very reasonable price and they used the undamaged mountings. They had very good customer service and the job was done very quickly. They did a good cleanup and we would definitely recommend this company."

"Did a great job, thanks."

"Although they do have beautiful patio enclosures, I fell to that $ 8000.00 was a bit much for the small patio I wanted enclosed"

"They turned our house into a home. A wonderful job!"

"Very courteous and professional staff from JSB Home Solutions at each step through the process, including the work crew. Quality, materials, and workmanship of the room is what the sales representative told us to expect. There was little mess and disruption during the building process. We are very happy with our room and the experience we had working with the entire JSB team."

"Jim from Holy Rollers submitted an estimate to us and was very professional & thorough. I will be looking them up for further jobs needed & definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an upstanding company and professional job to be done."

"Extremely conscientious, courteous, good communication, and great work."

"Responded quickly, came to my home and provided me with information, was not the least bit pushy, and was available to answer all of my questions. Once the order was placed, they did an amazing job meeting my timeline. I would definitely recommend this company to others and use them again."

"We had the pleasure of working with River Mill Construction for our Screened Porch project. We had originally worked with Matt back in 2019, and finally in the Spring of 2025 were able to begin the project. Every step of the way was very well executed. The initial plans were clear, concise and accurate. During the construction phase we got to know our builders Mike and Tom, who are absolute rock stars and know exactly what they are doing. We built a very large screened porch with some tricky roof integrations which required the utmost skill and confidence. Everything was done exceeding our expectations and we loved working with the team at River Mill. The build team was incredibly conscientious while working around our home, they would spend extra time sealing off the work areas to limit dust and debris, cleaned up their workspace daily, and were "Meticulous" about their craft. I felt as though they put the same care and effort as if they were working on their own home. They were very flexible and willing to make and discuss any design changes needed. I would highly recommend them for your custom screened porch project!"
