"These pros were absolutely amazing.Talk about "an on-time" company....for the consultation.. So, this was the third company we asked for an estimate!! We were literally blown away when they came in between $800-almost $2000 less than any of the other estimates we got. Yes, we initially were a bit apprehensive, but their Master Electrician laid it out for us, same identical configuration from our electric panel in the unfinished room to the garage for the charger installation. Of, course, why would we not hire them? They had experience with these type of installations. Parker and his guys...were always available if we had "just another"question. Yes, we hired them...and they lived up to everything. Always on time....no hiccups, no changes, just a smooth---no stress---installation. "The job went according to plan and looks amazing. I met with LR Higgins Inc. late winter and we discussed the job I needed done. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. I have used LR Higgins in the past and I keep gong back to them. They do a FANTASTIC job!"

"We Hired Erik 2 weeks ago & our experience has been absolutely horrific. I could write a novel on our experience but I’ll keep it short & stick to relevant information. He does not even file for the proper permits to do the work he claims he can do. My town has already filed a report with the state. He has a long history of this behavior dating back to him moving to Maine from the south where he had another business under a different name. We were extremely lucky to have surveillance in our home & to know our legal rights because not only did he not finish the work & leave us with a huge mess, not to mention more work done than we initially needed… he tried to call CPS & filed a fraudulent report so that it would look like we would be retaliating when we filed for breach of contract. He didn’t stop there. He tried making it look like I was coming on to him & asking for work in exchange for sexual favors when I asked him if he was going to honor his contract. He hasn’t responded to me ever since I let him know I have video surveillance. He did this to a single mom with two special needs kids. Please protect yourself."
