"Tim came and diagnosed the problem. We settled on a price and they did an excellent job repairing the problem. They had to chisel out a portion of the tile floor, dig out the collapsed clay drain tile and replace with new PVC connections. They then filled hole and replaced the cement sub floor and installed a completely new shower drain. This all took place in 1 afternoon. They worked quickly but keep the job site neat and clean. All aspects of the job were explained as Tim went about the repair. Very professional. We would definitely have them back and would highly recommend. Family run and operated. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install.
