They are professional and truly try to help the customer. Six weeks after they finish my crawlspace there was a major flood. They sent Amari back out and he helped me get everything cleaned up and they honored all the work that they did. This is a top-notch company!"

"After a short delay for weather, they came in and cleaned out the refuse/trash that HVAC and others services had left, then quickly went about their business. The sealing, dehumidifier (you have to change the filter regularly) and sump pump setup works well without any issues (and has been for its entirity). We are selling the house so I called and talked with Tina because the new potential buyer wants them to re-inspect and validate the warranty. There is a charge for this unless there is an issue with the system. But, there is no problem - and it is totally reasonable. I will pass that on to the buyer and will invite them to come into the crawlspace to see the good work that has held up so well since installation. I would definitely recommend them. The previous owner had another company "waterproof it" and it was not working properly and was not under warranty (i was told the warranty did not transer when I got quotes)."

"Actual Work Done: 1. Installed French drains to deal will water issues in our yard and to channel water away from our house. Cody explained the process and and why he would do the job the way he explained. He and his crew did a top notch job. They took care to hand dig the trenches without destroying the yard. They smoothed everything out and replaced the grass in areas where possible. They filled in dirt in low areas to help prevent the water from pooling. 2. They took down and rebuilt a retaining wall near the foundation that had been pushed in due to water issues. They built the wall back better than the one that was damaged. All the work on both projects was completed in the time Cody quoted us and all the work was top notch. We would highly recommend Ace Foundation Specialists and Cody and his crew. We will use them again for other projects if the need arises."

"Liquid Foundation Repairs installed a French Drain in my backyard a few months ago. I waited with my review to make sure that it woks. Had lots of rain since then and it works like a champ! Troy is very respectful, reliable and knowledgeable. Both him and his crew are punctual and hard working. The wok couldn’t be started right away due to lots of water and mud. Meantime, Troy called me several times so that we can agree on the proper time to start the job. They had a hard time because the entire work area was still a mess. They worked hard for several days and did an awesome job! I had a big tree trunk that fell over from the golf course next to my backyard and flattened my fence. They disposed of it and fixed the fence without charging a dime! They specialize in multiple jobs, so hire them with confidence! You won’t be disappointed!"

"I was very pleased with how both the estimate and the waterproofing was done. The estimate went over and beyond what others had done to find where the water was coming from. Mark came out and showed me first-hand where the water came from by making it leak while we were watching. No one else did that. They came right on time to fix it and showed me what they found and how they would fix it. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. Everything was put back into place. Of course, we have to have some more heavy rains to test their work, but I have every confidence that what they did will work. They were pleasant to work with and they kept me appropriately informed. "Cantey called quickly to schedule an appointment to look at the areas I had concerns with. They inspected my slap foundation and addressed the areas I was concerned with. They found no issues with my home, but did point out some settling that caused cracking in my front porch. I appreciate that they broke down the processed they presented and warranties that they include. After evaluating and choosing a course of action, I was put on the schedule. The technicians were in constant communication with me throughout the steps and walked me through their work once complete. I am very pleased with the outcomes and should I need any future services (and I hope they understand that I hope it won't be anytime soon), they're my first call."

"I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."
