"Jeff was very easy to contact; when I called he always answered. The workers did a good job putting the posts in the ground.  They worked quickly and that might have contributed to them cutting the cable line for both our house and that of our neighbor.  We had to wait a week for our cable company to fix the damaged cable lines. While I realize that Jeff is not responsible for the cable company being slow to respond, it was his workers that caused the problem.  Jeff gave me a 10% discount off the job which I don't think was enough for the level of inconvenience my neighbor and I experienced."

"Tom installed a beautiful ceramic floor in my kitchen.  He guided me and made recommendations.  His estimate of the number of tiles was exactly 4 boxes with a half a tile leftover.  His 18 years of experience is apparent in his meticulous work ethic.  After seeing all the measuring (twice) and cutting I witness, I'm so glad I did not attempt to install the tiles myself.

I will start with the pros:

Was able to schedule me right away. Saturday, April 12

Certificate was priced for 99.00 for 3 hours of service - great deal.

Very nice person

Now the cons:

Matt was to be there are 10:00a. He got there at 12:15p. I had to text him twice (10:30a and 11:44a) before he made contact with me to find out the status of his arrival.

Came with no tools, because he only was there to install the countertops which means he did not read my complete order.

Came with a helper which he said would cut my time in half. He did not mention that prior to coming out. He tried to find it on the certificate and it did not state. I told him I was there to assist him.

Took him an hour to level cabinets and install countertops - which left me 2 hours I thought because his helper assisted him for 10 minutes at the most. He left immediately after installing countertops and said he had a 2:00p appointment downtown.

Sink was not installed and drywall was not repaired.

I am still owed 2 hours.
