They undertook a huge front and back yard project. We completed relandscaped the front of my 115 year old bungalow with a lush perennial garden (and added in some of my mature plants from elsewhere on the property). We carved out two huge new beds and they are chock full of plants I love. We did a complete gut of my hard scape in the rear yard, created a beautiful walkway and patio for my new pergola and a second for my dining table and relandscaped the entire backyard and expanded a huge sun loving perennial bed and added trees and some landscape lighting and a shade bed too. Simply stunning!"

"In 2019, I worked with Freeman to replace an existing fence around my home. The fence itself is pretty nice and adequate for what I needed to do. However the gates and the latches have proven to be utter garbage. I have contacted the company countless times to have this issue addressed. One of their technicians told me that my gates were being damaged because my children and my wife did not understand how to work the latches properly. It is a gate latch,you should close it and it should close and be secure. I am literally the only person in my family who could close the gates because you had to lift them up because they were hung improperly. Fast forward to the beginning of May 2022…. I had already replaced most of the bolts on the latches because they were not installed properly, or they used bolts that were a quarter to a half inch long. The latching mechanism on one of the gates fell off at the beginning of the month, and I contacted the company about getting replacements. The lady I spoke with was very nice and very accommodating and seemed a palled at the quality of the workmanship. However I have not received a response since I contacted them and subsequently the side gate has become damaged in the wind multiple times to the point where there is one bolt holding on the bottom latch. If I could give this company zero stars for their product and customer service I probably would with all due respect to the customer service rep who seems appalled by this. The funny part of this whole story is, they installed a brand new fence for my neighbor and after assuring me that the latches they provided to my family were “the best on the market “they gave my neighbor the latches I had wanted. Will they ever come fix my fence??? If I could attach pictures of the latest damage I would gladly do so."

"They agreed to install one product but gave us another. The contractors did not speak much English so my husband had to tell them what needed to be done. They tried to cover up a rotten board rather than replace it. He made them take out what they installled to replace he board."

"Like the last review, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was recommended to them by someone who had 2 fences and 2 sheds installed by the company when the father was in charge. They used to be a good business. I paid a large amount to get a vinyl fence installed. It looks wonderful and is exactly what I wanted. It's less than 1 year old. I realized that, over the winter 4 of the fence post caps blew off and I could not find them. I called Rustic and asked what could be done. They said they did everything right and wanted me to pay for replacements and told me I could glue them down myself if I wanted. The company who makes the fence sent me the installation instructions which say the caps should be glued down during installation. I called and told Rustic about this and the guy hung up on me. They will not answer any further calls. The company who makes the fence cannot help since Rustic bought product thru a middleman. STAY AWAY from Rustic Wood. They once were a great comp"
