He came within the 2 hour window scheduled, was polite and professional, didn't track dirt in or out of my home, did a good job and left the area clean. He did a good job explaining to me the work he did that day and what maintenance needed to be done and why, and gave me an estimate in writing on the spot. Was not pushy in any way.  I found out that they also perform other types of jobs that I need to be done like masonry, patio work, deck repair, and more, so I asked them to come back for an estimate. "Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? "The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."

"I purchased a "Big Deal" for a ceiling fan installation.  I was pleased when Tim Eddings was able to schedule an appointment with me within a few days of my call.  Our appointment was for 2:00 PM, but when he hadn't showed or called by 2:45, I called him.  He said that he had double-booked the time slot, and that he would arrive in about 45 minutes. He showed up around 3:45, nearly 2 hours after our original appointment  time. No apology.  Upon examining the location for the new fan installation, he commented that the painters who had removed the old fan had taken away some sort of crucial part that was necessary for installation.  He managed to work around this problem, though it didn't exactly inspire confidence that he didn't travel with parts in case this happened.  I had to rummage through my tool box for some screws for him to use.  He finally got the fan installed -- hope it stays in place!
