He came within the 2 hour window scheduled, was polite and professional, didn't track dirt in or out of my home, did a good job and left the area clean. He did a good job explaining to me the work he did that day and what maintenance needed to be done and why, and gave me an estimate in writing on the spot. Was not pushy in any way.  I found out that they also perform other types of jobs that I need to be done like masonry, patio work, deck repair, and more, so I asked them to come back for an estimate. Would highly recommend them for fireplace work and would use them again. Was given an Angie's List discount.

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.
