"A.J. Wells' people and their subcontractors are consummate professionals. Not only did they put in a superb roof but they rectified any issues that came up during the process of installing our roof. For example, the work crew damaged a spigot and fixed it the same day. They somehow damaged the lock on the fence gate and fixed that. They also affected a screw at the bottom of the gate that helped balance the way the gate closed and fixed that too. Debris from the roof knocked out the air conditioner. For three days. we were without the air conditioner until our warranty company could send someone to fix it. A.J. Wells has reimbursed us for the cost of fixing the air conditioner when we presented them with a receipt. There is a screen for our second-floor bathroom that was cut and they will replace that soon. Things happen that are not foreseen. It is good when you have a company that will correct those things. AJ Wells subcontractors were also excellent. They refinished our stucco and painted. The Gutters were replaced as well. AJ Wells does superior work."

"Scott came out on August 6, 2015 with several men to repair a leak in the roof at the back of the house. He replaced 2 lead boots.
Sealed top and installed ncropreme plumbing flanges and reshingled with desert tan shingles between and above plumbing
boots. Also sealed several loose shingle tubs.  The he painted flanges and pipe with a brown color to match. The whole project 
took several hours and was completed very efficiently.  I would definitely use Roberts First Coast Roofing for all my roofing
needs in the future.

Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "David Killian visited my house on time, looked over the job, measured the roof area, discussed the options and gave me a proposal for labor and materials. It was the 4th proposal I had received and one of the least expensive. I appreciated his explanation of the entire process; when to expect each step, how long it would take and the various options for design and materials. I felt his presentation was the best of the four I had received so we soon came to an agreement.
Before the work began we had a two day rain delay during which the dumpster and materials were delivered. Removal of the old roof and replacement with new underlay and shingles took exactly two days with his crew working from about 8AM until dark (around 7PM). All went smoothly. The crew members were all hard workers and pleasant to be around.
The crew did a fine job of cleaning up the mess after the installation was finished. Then David came back a day later and used a magnet to pick up any stray nails or other metal debris his crew had missed.
The only downside to the process was the noise generated by removal of the old roof and installation of the new one, but there is no way I know of to avoid noise when you replace your roof.
We are very happy with our new roof and recommend DS Killian Roof and Construction Co.

"Before or roof was installed the attic temp was a scalding 118 degrees after roof it was about 103. That saves $$ on cooling cost .. This roof also has 40 yrs warrantee adds value to your home.. We looked at other contractors / roofers but they were higher in Cost and wanted to sell only the top of the line metal roof .. There are more than one type of metal roof and more than one type of installation .. We did wait a little longer for the installation because it was factory cut made it order and we chose the color, it also did rain so that delays also.. We some cash up front and the rest when the job was done .. Overall great job, very nice roof . Next we will be looking at solar.
