I had to shut off the water to my whole house after a mishap with my bath and Anthony took the time to cut and cap the problem pipe so I could get my water back on before I had even decided to go with him for the full remodel. His price for redoing the whole bathroom was nearly the exact same as other contractors had quoted me for just the tub replacement and the final product is infinitely better than I had hoped and worth way more than the final cost. Even with additional road bumps, like needing to completely replace my subfloor, and hot water heater.
