"Service was nice, but didn't listen very well and ended up making the problem worse because they didn't listen. They didn't show up at the correct time, or even correct day, didn't call to let us know they were coming back, woke up the kids during nap time. Called the office to get someone to come out and actually fix the problem, and they said someone would come out to fix it tomorrow, and would call to let us know they were coming. 2 days later, I haven't even received a call. We will see if I can get a refund, but I would stay away."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Great! We bought a "lemon" that Sears refused to acknowledge over the past five years (know wonder they don't exist anymore). For five years we received an error message every 3-4 months from that Frigidaire refrigerator that the evaporative fan had given out, and it took 2.5-3.5 weeks for a tech to show up to repair it. Victor Herrera from A-Z Appliance Pro identified the problem, solved the problem, and confirmed that the "defective part" had its functioning impeded by icicles that were not supposed to form behind the panel protecting it--a design flaw! This refrigerator is and has always been a "lemon," he confirmed. For five years we were lied to by Sears and the company that carried their warranty contracts (by the way, they don't really cover food loss claims either). Mr. Herrera could have charged us nearly $400 to replace a part that was not defective, and we would have never been the wiser. Instead, he was honest, straight-forward and only charged us for a reasonable service call, plus, he gave us same day service."

"I contacted Authorized Technical Service because there was silicone around the bulb (it was a different kind of light) and I did not want to break anything or cause any damage. I did not know if bulb was a pull out or screw out. The owner answered my call and was very nice. I told him my Model Number and explained my situation and he said he would check to see if he had the bulb and call me back. A couple days later I had a call from a serviceman to come to my house. I presumed he had the bulb to install. He came and unscrewed the burned out bulb and said that would be $80 which I paid. He said he did not have a bulb. He said I could get it at any hardware store. I went to Ace Hardware Store and Lowe's and they did not have the specific one. I did not know what to do. I called and emailed Authorized Technical Service and received no reply. I am 80 years old and on a fixed budget. Something is wrong here and I am very disappointed in the service that I received and that Authorized Technical Service is representing the KitchenAid company. I paid $80 to have the right light bulb installed in my microwave and the work was not done. My microwave still has no light."
