"He came and tested the circuits and found out that not only did I have a defective circuit breaker for my outside lights, he also discovered a bad receptacle that had blown out a circuit breaker that I wasn't even aware of. He installed the new breakers and receptacle and installed a new fixture for the outside lights that had probably caused the problem with the circuit breaker to begin with.
