"We just moved into our new home which was built in 1967. It was the very first night in the house and after moving all of our possessions from the old house to the new house on a mid-July day, all we wanted to do was shower and collapse. Unfortunately after our daughter showered, the master bathroom shower started backing up. A friend's husband came over at 9:30 pm and tried to plunge the shower drains...to no avail. After a call to American Home Shield, we were assured a different plumbing company would be out "first thing" in the morning to snake out the line. The other company didn't show up until 10 am and after snaking both toilets, could not clear our line. They told us we needed to have accessible 'clean outs' and it would cost upwards of $1100. <br /> I called Pioneer (whose reviews were fantastic on Angie's List) and spoke with Betty. She calmed me down and got the map of our new home from the City, called back and told me we had clean outs and that Ray would be at our house first thing in the morning to solve the problem. <br /> Ray showed up at 8:05 am the next day and after a short time, found the main pipe to our home and was able to clear it. He also brought our clean outs up to code by bringing them up to ground level and making them accessible. While installing the new clean outs, he found a crack in the cast iron pipe. He answered all of our questions and was very clear that we would have to take care of replacing the pipe under the foundation of our home in the not too distant future.  <br /> Ray was polite, professional, honest, and all around <strong><em>GREAT</em></strong>! I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of or that he was being anything but honest with me.  <br /> From my conversation with Betty the day before to my interaction with Ray, our experience with Pioneer was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. In fact, we told our real estate agent about them so that she could use them with future clients. <br />"

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"Robert Cole is a true professional and did Superior work excavating a home sewer line that had invasive Mesquite tree roots growing into the sewer pipe. He gave us a most competitive and reasonable bid . He showed up on time, communicated so well before and during the project. It was most difficult locating the sewer pipe as our home is 30 years old , but he has incredible patience and performed the Bobcat digging so well and was able to fix the damaged pipe by installing a new pipe section. His assisting staff/laborers were so nice and also professional, as they knew exactly how to assist Robert.
