"First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"Bob is very fair. He replaced the tree and removed the dead tree. I insisted on paying half of the cost of the tree. We argued back and forth and he finally agreed to let me pay half. He is trying to earn a living after all....The tree he replaced is the same type as before and so far it looks great. I have had no problems.
