"Overall, we had a fairly negative experience with this company. Unfortunately, we encountered a number of issues throughout the project and after it was finished. The project manager was incredibly unprofessional, attempted to wrap up the project before it was completed (the lead painter agreed all the work had not been finished) and even went so far as to accuse my husband of lying. Immediately after the job was completed we noticed some areas of chipping paint and CertaPro told us that the paint needed to cure and they weren't going to do anything for at least 4 weeks. This issue was only addressed when we had an independent professional from Sherwin Williams come out to evaluate and agreed with us that the back porch railing needed to be repainted immediately. Then a year later we had even more concerns and considering we paid for the most expensive and best paint Sherwin Williams had we requested the company to fix the issues. The most notable issues were that the siding they replaced and painted was warping in several areas and the front gable and back of the house were very blotchy and weathered looking. The person sent to evaluate was not terribly interested in agreeing to send a crew out to fix the problem even after agreeing it didn't look that good until we insisted and we had to have the Sherwin Williams representative come out again. Again, the Sherwin Williams representative suggested it did need to be repainted. When the crew did show up to repaint they "forgot" to rewash the boards before applying another coat of paint and since we did not catch it before they started it was just our tough luck. And just to be clear we were promised it would be rewashed because it had been a year since the initial painting. Honestly, I lack confidence the job was done well enough to last as long as it should. While they did come out to fix the problems, it was only after a lot of effort on our part and always felt like they weren't that interested in making things right and standing by their warranty."

"They were very professional, keeping us updated on progress as it went along. They even checked our outside faucets and repaired one that was leaking. Very pleased and will definitely use them again. <br />"

"They contracted a local company to conduct the different repairs. Understanding that they where busy and it took them over a month to start the repairs. On the first Dayana second day they where late. Up to 2 1/2 hours late with no phone calls. Wall repairs and insulation, I had to remind the workers to install the insulation sin the wall and cealing. Placed the wrong kind of insulation in the wall and charged for a different one. Dry wall repairs where very slow and waited for 5 hours one day and another day did not show up. No phone call. On the bill charged for serviced not provided. I had to confront the item to get them done. J&S just wanted the check and subcontracted all to work. After everything was fix to specifications and I paid the bill I did not get a receipt. I had to call the company and request a receipt and written information about the work with warranty. Even thou J&S did not conduct the repairs they where overall in charge. No inspection was conducted by J&S. I hope everything holds up. It looks nice. <br />"

"It could not have gone better. They pulled the walls back in and secured them making me feel very safe! They removed the wall and created the space I was looking for. In my opinion...if you need help with your home or want to build a new one...you seriously need to call Reliable Builders!! Billy worked very hard to put together a plan I could really wrap my arms around. When we agreed what would work for my situation (and believe me when I say there were MANY challenges with this house), they came out and within two days they completed the work. They were very professional, polite and talented. Hats off to Reliable Builders!! Thank you gentlemen!! You rock!"

"That job went fine. I called them again this in the spring for a repair on my front porch which would be followed by window replacements and vinyl siding replacement. Everything was dependent on a specific timeline and one person doing his job at the appropriate time. The porch guy never showed. Neither did anybody come to check to see if he ever showed. Nobody called to check either. <br /> Finally on Friday afternoon, I called the Project Manager and told him that the guy had never shown up and informed him of my extreme displeasure. I then fired them. <br /> Saturday morning, the porch guy showed up with a bizarre story involving arrests, court dates, and Homeland Security. I was not impressed. He did not convince me to give the rest of the group a chance because I STILL needed someone to fix my porch. Furthermore, the Project Manager was as much at fault because he had not done his job in checking on the guy. <br /> iI was extremely disappointed in RRR the second time around because they did such a good job he first time. I don't know if the difference was because this wasn't an insurance job or what. However, the thought has occurred to me that I have NOT been under my house, so I really don't know if they've done the work or not. I don't know what it looks like under my house now. I'm taking their word for it that the mold is gone. I won't know until the termite guy or AC guy comes and crawls under the house. <br /> But I, in good conscience, would not recommend using them. <br />"
