What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. This company came to my home, took out my microwave/oven combination, set it on the floor, told me what needed to be repaired then, suggested I buy a new microwave. Because it is a microwave/oven combination, it was impossible to find another microwave that would fit the dimensions of our older model. So, I called the repair department of the brand of my microwave to ask about replacement. They did not make any other microwaves with those dimensions so, they sent out their repairman. He came out promptly, moved the microwave/oven to a portable shelving of equal height (without placing it on my floor), showed me the same items that were needing repair and fixed it for about $50 less than this company."

Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs.
