"This last storm that Nashville experienced with wind, lighting and tornado damage my roof and service mast was struck by lighting damaging my roof. I previously had some repairs done with TCS and was happy with their service so I called them. James Fineman was overwhelmed with work but took time to come to my home on the weekend and estimate my damage and immediately working with my insurance company. They were able to quickly get me scheduled and sent their crew out to replace. Their work crew were hard working and very considerate of clean up and time efficient. My roof looks beautiful and adds value to my home. Thanks to James, and office staff Ms. Beverly, Ms. Barbie and work crew! You are awesome!"

"Easy transaction. Bought promotion through Angie's List. Since factory is in Indianapolis, I showed up there and left the old pads with them. Got a call to go pick the new ones up after a couple of weeks. They are beautiful. I am quite pleased."

"This company was listed as painting and drywall. They are actually people who are professional painters who will do drywall as necessary to repair the wall. If we had known that, we would probably have hired a professional carpenter instead: our misunderstanding. They are excellent and efficient at pre-painting drywall repair. They are not professionals at re-framing for drywall, but they gamely went ahead and re-framed the closet and then dry-walled it. They even gave us extra labor time when it took longer than expected. The result is professionally done, both in the re-framed closet and in the other wall repairs. We discussed the the plumbing access doors, and mutually decided that they would not do that work as it is strictly carpentry. Unfortunately, a couple of other things interfered with a top outcome for us. 1) The size of the closet space created was not exactly as we had requested, but the finish was very professionally completed and is acceptable as-is (it is a closet). 2) They are a family business and had a sudden death in the family at the time we were to receive work. After that they also had a couple more unusual delays mid-job. They handled the communications around these occurrences very professionally and promptly, but this means that I cannot actually properly judge how they do with promptness in a normal situation. I also would guess that grief may have interfered with our communication about the closet dimensions, so I am comfortable with the result and suggest that other reviews be weighted more heavily than mine."

"We are so lucky to have found Pappas Enterprises. They have completed a lot of work for us to date. They remodeled my bedroom, made a new walk in closet, repaired a leaky wall in my son's bedroom, painted around our house, repaired leaks, replaced a very difficult window and helped with our pool installation. These guys know this business inside and out. Their work is of the highest quality. I have a long list of things for them to do."

"Working with Sons on the Carpenter has always been an absolute pleasure. Cliff displays an excellent level of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire kitchen remodeling process. The team was incredibly attentive to our needs and their commitment to quality was evident in their attention to detail. The project was completed on time and within agreed budget, which was greatly appreciated. The end result is a beautifully remodeled kitchen and we could not be more satisfied, highly recommending this contractor to anyone considering a home improvement project!!"

"We called for a quote and Steve came out the same day, on time and as expected! He gave an honest & fair opinion with a reasonable quote. We decided to postpone the maintenance until the end of the summer (repairs were still being completed which were required before he could perform the maintenance) but definitely intend on contacting him back at that time to do the services quoted! We have a very large deck w/ pergola surrounding a 27' pool which he was going to prep & restain."
