"One word: amazing! <br />Very responsive, punctual, and professional. <br />His original estimate was fully detailed and he even counted in the removal of an old capped chimney (something we wanted done, but forgot to mention). He walked us through all of the details and even explained how much roof decking would be replaced. <br />The day of the service they showed up early (as expected) and worked hard all day into early evening...was fantastic to see the team at work so diligently. <br />Cleaned up after themselves completely. I found only one small nail wedged in the corner of the foundation dirt, which, when you consider it was a complete tear off, was pretty amazing. <br />He installed long lasting, well built shingles that look great. "We asked Chris Price and his crew to help us with a leak we recently discovered in our roof. Chris came out immediately to take a look and give us an estimate for the job. They have done quite a bit of work for us in the past, and we knew they would do the job quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. The job turned out to be bigger than we had thought when they discovered more rotten wood in another area of the roof, but Chris was prepared with enough materials to take care of everything that needed to be done. When they were done they were careful to clean-up the work area as well, which is always a big plus. We are very satisfied with the work done, and the reasonable price. "I can't say enough good things about these folks. I had an extensive job, involving 4 chimneys, and mortar repair on a large home. These folks were able to pinpoint (and document through photos) the problems, which went beyond just the chimneys. I also had issues with cracks in my mortar and roof tucks. These guys were conscientious and professional, and obviously cared about the client's home. But the most impressive thing is that they are problem solvers and can do lots of things, which you don't always find these days. They were able to look for and fix a leak that had plagued me for several years, despite multiple calls to the roofer. Excellent service and work."

"It went very well. Steve hired a subcontractor and they changed the date to get ahead of incoming rain. The subcontractor tore off 1 layer, re sheeted the roof with 30 grade felt paper, used a weather barrier all over the roof as extra protection against leaks, re installed the turbines, replaced the vent and roof louvers. And did a good job with the clean up. This is the third job I have used Steve for and have not been disappointed yet."

Yes there is a 10 year warrenty on repairs, but I'm getting tired of keeping buckets out and having to call after major rain and finding leaks. the roof I am refering to is about 2 hours from Nashville so getting timely responses have been frustrating and having to make the calls when my calls are not returned are getting frustrating. There is evidently another process they offer to detect leaks, but they have not done it yet, I am having to ask for that process to be done. Seems there aren't enough people in the company that know enough about it, so I will have to wait until they can get the one person familiar with the process to come do it. </p> Yes I said I would hire them again only because they have been "nice" and I feel this is an isolated incident. But my patience, which I have had plenty of, is now running thin. We are working on a year now since the repair was done."
