"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. "I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. I called him back within 30 minutes and asked him if he could install 2 of them for the given price. He told me he was headed my direction anyway and would be glad to stop by and do the 2 for me. He arrived at the quoted time and installed all 3 lights for me at the cost of 2 because he met my mom. He stated that it would come back to him by paying it forward.
