"We first met with Tony, he was at the house on time, very professional. He explained to us step by step how the installation was going to happened. We were told w/ a deposit we would secure the installation and we did so. OK Fence had told us that it was going to be installed by the end of July/Beginning of August but they did the job WAY before the date #Happydance! We had recently had our driveway repaved and OK Fence did such an amazing job digging the holes! They didn't break up the driveway, no excessive holes just perfect! At first we didn't like the position of the fence but after a short call to Tony, he got the guys to come back out and place the poles where we wanted it with no issues #happydanceagain 3 days later, they came back to install the boards and OMG!!! is everything we were hoping it to be. The top of the fence is nice and straight! The scalloped gate is really really nice! Overall, hire OK Fence! We got quotes from 4-5 different places and OK Fence was the one!"

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) "I have a bamboo fence attached to wood posts. During one of the heavy wind storms that came through NE the post cracked and pulled down several other posts with it. UFC was prompt in providing the quote but did not follow-up to let me know when the replacement posts he needed would arrive. Luckily I was able to tie the fence temporarily to my neighbors chainlink to keep it from further damage. It was over a month before somebody called to tell me they were ready to do the job. The job they did was perfect -- cleanup not so good. That is, they left the cement pieces / stones / gravel they pulled up dispersed in my tree beds. Another not so good point -- they came and left without telling me. In summary, good actual work but not very attentive to the home owner."

"Mr. Cardilli subcontracts his work out and oversaw the construction. He helped us figure out what to present to the insurance company so that the majority of the work done was eventually covered by our home owner's policy. He was in constant contact throughout the project. He helped us develop a plan that allowed us to remain in the house during construction except for the floor refinishing. This was an important factor for us. 
He remained in constant contact with us about the process, what we needed to do and by when. He checked in on the job daily either by phone or site.  The construction crew he hired was excellent. They were very thorough in their daily clean up of the house including little conveniences like plugging in alarm clocks and setting them to setting up our beds in other rooms during construction.  The painting crew was good, but work needed to be checked for thorough paint coverage. We found paint on bed spreads, curtains, and floor.  They did not clean up as well as the carpenters. The flooring crew completed their job within the given time frame and the work was excellent. All work was completed within the expected time line. 
This was the first time we have ever hired a contractor to do work for us. I will add a couple of things we learned in the process. If you want / need an itemized list of all work and materials used, put that expectation in the contract. Additionally request that any work beyond the agreed upon work is approved (cost) prior to starting the needed work. When the additional work is done, check the work and time required for labor to be sure it is accurate.
Overall this experience was a good one. The subcontractors were polite and pleasant to our family. Mr. Cardilli was attentive and responsive to all our emails and calls.
