"I don't normally leave reviews (good or bad), but I had to comment on my experience with Casey's. From the phone call to the appointment with Casey himself, everything was exceptional. The knowledge and customer service on the phone from Valerie was probably the best I've ever received on a first call. She was able to give advice to put my mind at ease with the concerns I had and when I mentioned there was an odd smell coming from the heat she went out of her way to schedule me the very next day knowing that the cold weather was coming and this appointment was needed to go ahead with a new furnace install (and knowing I had a 6-month old at home). When Casey showed up he was extremely professional and I could tell he was concerned about my issues and wanted to make sure they were either fixed right there, or I knew exactly what needed to be done to fix them. Not only that, but one of my fireplaces is gas which I was not too familiar with how to turn on, without me even asking he made sure it turned on correctly and then walked me thru the steps to turn it on safely. He also gave me a "Homeowner's Guide to Chimneys and Fireplaces", again not something he needed to do. All of this on top of his guy Anthony (also very professional) finding a small issue I was not aware of on the chimney itself which they went ahead and fixed for me free of charge since the flues did not need cleaning. The main reason they came was to confirm if I need a chimney liner for the hot water heater since I am switching to high efficiency heat. Normally, I would be wary that whoever came would just say I need one to get the business even if I didn't, but I am confident that Casey is honest and would only say I need one if I absolutely do. I wish Casey's did more than just chimneys/fireplaces because I would hire them for the job every time."

He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. He responded to our phone call quickly and made an immediate appointment to assess the needed repair, as we were under a time constraint. He not only gave us an estimate that we were happy with, he also made the repairs with no disruption and no damage to the inside of our house. We were advised by every other contractor we contacted that this could possibly happen. He was very professional and friendly and had the work completed in a far shorter time period than we expected. He kept us informed of everything he was doing. Once our town inspector approved the repair, Noah finished closing in the wall so neatly, that you would be hard pressed to find evidence that he was there. Needless to say, we would recommend Ark Home Improvement to everyone."

"Risk Free Home Improvement was a joy to work with. We had our kitchen redone including removing a wall to open up the space. Sean and his team are the best. Their designer John had some great recommendations including the wall removal. The carpenters Joe and Bill were really nice to our dogs and our young son Robert. They kept the space spotless during construction and they finished ahead of schedule. We called Risk Free Home Improvement again when a tree fell on our roof during a storm. Again they were great. Sean's brother Marc worked with our insurance company to make sure that they paid properly for everything to be replaced. Initially our insurance company only wanted to pay for a roof patch but Marc stayed on them for a couple of months actually and he eventually got them to agree to a total roof replacement. I would recommend Risk Free Home Improvement to anyone and everyone."

"Jason was super responsive, came and gave me a quote as planned, then worked with me to make sure the mortar he was using was extra soft (to match the older bricks). And he tinted it to match the older mortar. The job was more of a touchup than full retuckpointing, but he got all the bits shipshape really fast, then when I pointed out a few places I was still concerned about, he came back very quickly to address those as well."

"I can't say enough about Justin and his team. He added on a patio to an existing walkway, installed a firepit, and finished off a retaining wall. Justin is extremely professional, communicated very well throughout the entire project, and his prices are very reasonable. He did an excellent job matching the new paves to the existing pavers, which is not an easy job. I have already received so many compliments on my new patio and several neighbors asking me who did the work. I would highly recommend Northeast Hardscapes and Masonry!"

"Two crews came out, one to each address.  The work was done in a day, neatly and expertly.  They cleaned up thoroughly and left no evidence that they had been there, except for new roofing.  The vented roofing is superior to what was there before.  They also replaced a missing fascia board from the old house.  No more pigeons in the attic!   <br /> I probably will not need them again but I continue to recommend them to others. <br />"
