"It went very well. A diagnostic test was run and we discussed the results. I had to pay for the diagnostic test up front with the understanding that said amount would be applied for any work that was done. Alex telephoned me a couple times to discuss what he found and then explained what needed to be done. We discussed the overall cost and I told him to proceed. Alex was very responsive from my first call and through the entire process. I will definitely contact him, when needed!"

"Zach, my service provider, was wonderful. He got back to me the day after I called, and arrived right on time the day of the appointment, letting me know when he was on the way. He spent three hours, and was very knowledgeable. He knew about or looked for work-arounds when there were obstacles, and I felt very comfortable with his abilities. Pleasant, personable, and patient, he was a joy to have on my side! We also had a couple of remote sessions to finish up some issues I noticed as I started using the computer. Once again, he was right on time when he called, knowledgeable, and effective. I was very pleased, and glad to have found Zach. I plan to have some additional work on another computer project, and will not hesitate to contact him again."

"The tech came over & looked at the computer. He told us that the issue could NOT be resolved. Even so, he lingered around for a while and charged the full hour (+tax) without providing any solution or even a path to resolution. A complete waste of money & time. I would recommend a PLACE THAT CHARGES FOR SERVICE, NOT FOR FAILURE!"

"Emailed Bruce on Wednesday, he called me Thursday morning & suggested several things to check. None of them worked, so he suggested that I try buying new speakers since possibly the old ones had simply quit working. Bought new speakers & hooked them up, still no sound, so I contacted Bruce again & let him know we still had a problem. Friday morning we made contact again, & Bruce established remote access w/ my computer & was finally able to determine that I had a problem with windows, We used the restore function to restore windows to a point prior to the problem occurring. After doing this, he was able to rectify the sound problem and computer is working fine again."
