"We were so happy with the work Shane completed on our screened-in porch. We had old screens in frames that were clipped to each window and were looking old. Shane installed new screens by fitting them between 2 pieces of wood trim inside each window opening. The result was amazing. Our window lines look so much cleaner because you don't see clips on the outside of the window frames, nor do we have individual frames for each screen. The built-in screens look SO much nicer than what we had before. Shane also installed a new wooden screen door for us to complete the look. We are VERY happy with the way our porch now looks. "We had 9 or 10 windows that had failed and there was clouding between the glass. I called Carmel Mirror and Glass and a man came out to take measurements. Because the wood around the windows was still good, he offered to order new glass for the window, replace the glass, and put the window back in. The process costs a whole lot less than just buying a new window. The two gentlemen that came were named Paris and Levi and they were really professional and worked hard. They were here from before 9:00am until 4:40pm and got all of the work done. They also hung a large, antique glass mirror above our fireplace. They knew what they were doing and we didn't even need to touch up the paint on the inside because they did such a careful job. I thought that the price was fair as I've bought windows in the past so I know about what this alternative would've cost."

"Roland Kaufman contacted me within hours of my online inquiry. He scheduled a time for an estimate within a week of the inquiry to replace our back door and add a storm door. When we were ready to proceed with the project he was able to schedule the job within just a few days. Unfortunately, I had ordered and received the incorrect size of door. My husband was able to get the door replaced that same day and Mr. Kaufman patiently waited for us to get the correct door. He could have easily rescheduled the service, but he didn't.
